Vegan alternative to mascarpone
200 g
Gullón Gluten Free María biscuits
170 g
Dark chocolate
150 g
Skewers

Step by step

  1. Finely crush the María biscuits, you can also blend them.
  2. Add them to the bowl along with the cream cheese or mascarpone and mix until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
  3. Form balls and insert skewers into them.
  4. Dip the balls in melted chocolate and place them on baking paper.
  5. Let the chocolate harden and enjoy the sweet reward.
